The Upper Bear Creek Community Council meets the second and fourth Tuesdays of most months. The purpose of the council is to inform, assist and represent our community in dealing with King County government and other entities with respect to issues that affect our community.

Forestry and forestry production districts
Rural cities, towns, and neighborhoods
Home occupations and cottage industries
Tourism including recreation and equestrian uses

Jim Kimbrough, a member of the Unitarian Universalist Church at 19010 NE Woodinville Duvall Road reports on “Tent City 5” temporarily camped on their church property. Their church is also providing “park and ride” space for metro transit users five days a week.
