The Upper Bear Creek Community Council meets the second and fourth Tuesday of most months. The purpose of the council is to inform, assist and represent our community in
dealing with King County government and other entities with respect to issues that affect our community.

PUBLIC FORUM MEETING

Terri Flaherty, King County Budget Office will talk about and take questions on taxes collected in unincorporated King County and give a status report on Utility Tax changes.
If you live in unincorporated King County and wonder if the taxes you pay are spent proportionally for your community, this meeting is for you!
In Addition:
The Woodinville City Council is seeking Citizen Testimony on the King County's
proposed four year, 4.9 cent levy to support parks, open space and regional trails
maintained by King County. Proposition No 1 is set for a special election on May 20
to be voted on by all King County residents, including Woodinville property owners.
The proposal is estimated to cost an owner of a $300,000 home less than $15 per year.
Meeting set for April 21st, 7:30 at Woodinville City Hall, 17301 133rd Ave Northeast.
